They simply ignored my tax return, which I myself originally filed in early March 2019 (and have certified receipt that they received it). I almost gave up and let the State of MD rip me off for $12,000.00 to which they were NOT entitled. However, I decided to give Mr Shelby a chance to see if he could get me the refund to which I was entitled. He resubmitted another certified copy of the return. They again tried to stall it away for months, but he never gave up and hounded MD State Revenue until they finally gave in and processed my return. I finally received my refund in Sept 2019 (yes 6 months after I originally submitted my return!). I am very, very happy with his diligence and commitment to fix my problem, esp. not acquiesce to a nasty and unethical bureaucracy. 5 Stars to Mr. Shelby!!” More
