Sylvia then prepares my tax returns and posts them to my client folder for me to download. I then receive an email with a link for me to pay my tax return fee online with a credit card or bank debit. I do not have to spend time traveling to her office to have my tax returns prepared but it is nice to know that I can stop by her office and see her when I need to.” More
