Unethical business practices - Charging elderly people to file taxes when they don't need to at 300 to 400 a client. They also hire employees use them, then fire them then lie to the department of economic security that they quit so they don't need to pay unemployment. The most un-ethical example of a dysfunctional family run business in Chandler.
