Whether it was email or their secure site for document uploads, communication was good. They were also familiar tax laws related to my specific situation ... Whether it was email or their secure site for document uploads, communication was good. They were also familiar tax laws related to my specific situation unlike other tax preparers that I had consulted and were very quick to process my return. They were thorough, asking about my charitable contributions that seemed significantly lower than the prior year because I had forgotten to send them complete information. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and processed the return. I think Mr. Daniels' work experience with the IRS must have been a valuable asset. I got both fed amp state returns with 9 days of them filing. I have already made one referral and will be sure to make more. I am a satisfied customer! More
