I went on Yelp looking for a tax preparer with at least 4 stars and thought I'd try K.B. Daniel and I'm glad I did. Whether it was email or their secure site for document uploads, communication was good. They were also familiar tax laws related to my specific situation unlike other tax preparers that I had consulted and were very quick to process my return. They were thorough, asking about my charitable contributions that seemed significantly lower than the prior year because I had forgotten to send them complete information. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and processed the return. I think Mr. Daniels' work experience with the IRS must have been a valuable asset. I got both fed amp state returns with 9 days of them filing. I have already made one referral and will be sure to make more. I am a satisfied customer!

We signed up with this company recently, and paid even more than he asked to get started. They were unresponsive to multiple emails and texts asking if any taxes were due for weeks. Turns out we had a tax return due while waiting on a response from them. We ended up having to do it ourselves. Their response was inadequate and late, as they said they were just busy. You're supposed to keep customers, especially new customers, promptly informed of that. Not just assume people will wait around after having paid you, for you to get to them when you get to them. You only get one chance for a first impression. Poor service and communication.Update: His assistant Kalisha tried to threaten us for posting our honest experience by threatening to call their lawyer. Totally unprofessional behavior that reflects poorly on his firm. Also, it was concerning that they did not have their payment system set up properly to easily give a refund.We eventually spoke to Ken, the owner, who said that he had a conversation with his assistant about her inappropriate responses and texts. We also received a refund.

I have been with Mr. Daniel for several years and I thank God he is my Tax and accounting Pro. He is extremely helpful and is well versed in what he does. So there is confidence in him and his abilities where my finances are concerned.
