I employed Mr. Estep when I first opened my firm. After a few years, I left to try another accountant. BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!! I quickly returned to Mr. Estep. Thank God for that!! We came to Ralph a few years ago after leaving another accounting practice whose poor advice cost us much in terms of time and money. Ralph took time to understand our situation and offered a number of different accounting avenues to consider. Recently he represented us in an IRS audit which went smoothly. Ralph gets things done. Our concerns are handled quickly and addressed completely. He is quick to see our particular business issues and to offer solutions that are sustainable.
