I have had Barbara Watkins do my tax returns for a few years now and each year endured way too many unreturned phone calls and emails about when my return would be started and completed. Her lack of caring of when she will decide to pick up the phone or to respond to your emails is mean and down right unprofessional !!! Each year she did my tax return it took many more phone calls and emails from me before she decided she'd get around to doing the return in her sweet time! I found a much more qualified CPA amp Tax Attorney that has answered my calls and emails in a very timely manner that did this years return on the same day I delivered all the necessary forms and paperwork for less than Barbara charges. Loving My New Tax Preparer because they answer each of my inquiries in a prompt professional manner and for the speed of which the return is completed.
