Their online system allows you to upload documents and they can take care of the rest. Communication was very clear from Andrew and he worked diligently to get them filed very quickly. Finally, pricing is below what you will pay at any commercial tax filing institution, but the customer service and experience as a whole amazingly greater than those stores. Beware of this company, they will have the IRS coming for you for fraud. They forge other accountants name, they ask for tips, once they get their money they done with you. And Andrew is a true fake. Nothing but rude and a joke!!

Andrew Ramsey is UNETHICAL and INCOMPETENT! How can a qualified, supposedly-skilled and supposedly-experienced tax preparer get the BASICS wrong?I received a tax return with an invoice of 512.66 with my NAME spelled wrong and my SOCIAL SECURITY number WRONG ...and who knows what else!! Wish I could add a pic to show the messed up tax return! It 100 would have been rejected by the IRS! I was filing for covid-2020 when I was on unemployment for part of the year. It was a basic return consisting of 4 documents: 1 simple W2 1 simple 1099 1 proof of daycare attendance 1 proof I received the stimulus checks, filing independently w 1 dependent. When I asked how much it would cost he refused to give me an estimate, but afterwards hit me with a bill of 329.33 filing fees. When I complained about it he hung up on me threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay. However, I now believe that he'd never even started my taxes when he made the threat, because when I asked for proof it was completed, he said it would take 24 hrs. When I pushed harder for proof, he hung up the phone on me and a few minutes later sent me the return with the glaring errors simply asking me to sign it. When I pointed out the mistakes, he sent me a corrected version for 225.33 filing fees and when I asked if he had double checked it, he said, That's your job! ....um, I'm not an accountant: that's why I just paid you. DO BUSINESS WITH ANDREW RAMSEY AT YOUR OWN RISK. He is incredibly RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDERHANDED. There are too many decent accountants out there than to waste your money on him!

I hired them to do my federal and state taxes because I needed to do an injured spouse form and for PPP loan missed like 1500 on my state return after calling for two weeks and leaving messages with no return calls I sent an email explaining everything and that they didnt get my PPP loan in time for the funds right now and the only response I got was an email back saying Im sorry to hear that

I've always had an easy tax prep that I could do through Turbo Tax. In 2018 though our tax prep became much more complicated and I was not just nervous about getting a refund, but also about finding a decent Tax Service that wasn't gonna cost an arm and leg. After uploading my prep needs on Thumbtac for quotes, Andrew Ramsey was the first to respond and did so within an hour. He then took the time to get on the phone with me late Sunday night to talk through my needs and circumstances. Less than a week later after one of the most seamless and easy to work through processes online, Andrew and Team completed my taxes at a great cost and got my wife and I over 4k back! Even if my future tax preps allow me to use Turbo Tax again, I honestly don't think I would! Andrew was that great, helpful and easy to work with in such a way that my most complicated prep ever has become the EASIEST and BEST ONE EVER! I highly recommend Andrew Ramsey and Tip Tax Solutions not just value services, but also quality!
