Clients upload their tax documents to the portal. Clients are then scheduled for an online virtual meeting to discuss their particular tax situation. The tax returns are then prepared and posted to the client's portal account. As for billing, clients receive a bill for the service via email with a link which they  can use to pay the bill with a credit card or debit from their bank account.

I became a client of Sylvia's practice after my former CPA retired. I am very happy that I contacted Sylvia. She discovered that my former CPA had made a serious error when filing my returns which could have impacted my ability to collect social security. I am a Ministe... I became a client of Sylvia's practice after my former CPA retired. I am very happy that I contacted Sylvia. She discovered that my former CPA had made a serious error when filing my returns which could have impacted my ability to collect social security. I am a Minister and I receive payments from my congregation. Sylvia informed me that there are special regulations that apply to ministers and that my former CPA did not prepare my tax returns correctly. I had not paid into the social security system for my income from the church as required and it would cost me my ability to collect social security when I retired. I am so grateful that Sylvia discovered the error and that it was early on after starting the role at the church so she was able to correct my tax returns from the prior years. More

She has an encrypted client portal, secures my information, where I just upload all of my tax docume... I have been a client of Sylvia for the past four years and I intend to be a client for life. I love how convenient Sylvia makes it for me to get my tax returns prepared. She has an encrypted client portal, secures my information, where I just upload all of my tax documents. Sylvia then prepares my tax returns and posts them to my client folder for me to download. I then receive an email with a link for me to pay my tax return fee online with a credit card or bank debit. I do not have to spend time traveling to her office to have my tax returns prepared but it is nice to know that I can stop by her office and see her when I need to. More
