My financial planner gave me Zak's information and during our first call, he spent 45 minutes on the phone with me walking me through the process to make sure I was preparing well on my end ahead of time. I had my second child the first week of January and Zak generously accommodated my convenience needs and came out to my house twice to ensure my preparation was thorough. I found Zak on Facebook when I decided it was time to use a real accountant for my business taxes. I had been using a tax prep service and they had royally messed up my taxes over the last 4 years!
