Do not use this person. Alexia Cloutier failed to file our taxes on time. This resulted in a penalty from the IRS. She never returned phone calls or emails regarding the late filing. It took two months to reach her. Then she offered a credit in the amount of the penalty towards next years preparation fees. Of course, I was not going to use her services again and requested she send me the amount of the penalty which I had already paid. She refused, even though she acknowledged that the late filing was her responsibility.
