Bonita Springs, FL based Tax Professional Crystal Daliya

Crystal is by far the WORST tax agent that I've ever worked with. She is dishonest, arrogant and expensive. She bait and switched me on her pricing, 185hr yr1 to 305hr yr2 with no verbal or written communication. She lied about the expected cost of the 2nd yr return. She said year 2 returns would be cheaper. I paid her invoices despite the increase and no explanation. Now she is trying to charge me again. I paid her over 2.5k this year. Crystal will nickle amp dime you and make mistakes. She made a mistake on a W2 that I found and I only have entry-level knowledge at best. I once asked her if she had a financial advisor to recommend, her response was Do you have a million dollars in your account?. At the moment she is holding my records hostage for payment. I will be reporting this to the IRS F14157 and DBPR CPA Enforcement division. She and her service are trash. Go anywhere else.
