From the onset of establishing contact, I received excellent customer service and my account representative Carl has exceeded my expectations regarding his expertise and professionalism regarding my Sales tax issues which was a tough nut to crack, since NYS would not budge on their demands, which was Full Payment. He returns my calls andor emails promptly. He was able to settle the NYS Sales tax liability to my satisfaction.
