Mr. Umar Hayat CPA has stolen my intellectual property tax research work and has passed it off as his own. This theft of intellectual property is a reflection on Umar Hayat's integrity and abilities as a CPA. I welcome a lawsuit Mr Hayat, the truth is an affirmative defense. I spent a lot of time researching complex tax matters, and Hayat is too lazy to even bother changing any of the language in the document he stole, he didn't bother re-formatting or even changing the letter sign off. He copied it all word for word and slapped his header and signature on the work and passed it off as his own. Imagine my surprise when a Title Company passed the work to me for review. BUSTED! Next time, try doing your own work instead of ripping others off and passing the work off as your own.
